Go back to center! If you can find tools to help you go back to center, go back to singularity, go back to that point, that connection with the world. And it might take you sitting in nature for like weeks […] or it might take you like whatever is necessary, doing yoga and quitting your job and you know like getting everybody out of your life for a while so that you can go back to your sense of yourself. But meditation every day is a really good way to do it, because that helps you turn your senses inward and go toward the center, go toward your connection with yourself. Whatever you have to do, this is the time that you need to do it.
