fear of lack

I've wondered a lot about those questions.
Monogamy came about to ensure paternity.
Now it seems mostly based upon fear.
I think it is valuable when 2 people want to combine their energies for something.
The question for me seems to be can we love enough, expand enough and trust enough to know that love is always good and right to share?
I think it is about fear of lack...and touches so many aspects of life.
I surrender.
I allow Love to permeate me.
I am Love.

It is fear of lacking that creates the unability to be Love.
I feel desire is a sacred vehicle of the soul's expression, temptation does not exist, and our value is on what we can give to ourselves and others, not in what we frustrate.
Every time, in a couple, one of the involved frustrates him(her)self he will charge it in the other, even uncousciously.
Likewise, when one is expanded, fulfilled, alive and in Love (in the greater transpersonnal sense, inside Love, so in love with all beings and open to whatever expression that love may take), it spreads to the other person and all involved.
It is always interesting to me to understand that most of us are no longer christians but we still find value in self denial, when we could just as well find it in pure pleasure.
I feel that if someone feels hurt because you are with someone else it is transpersonnal also, fears are expressing clearly and need healing.
It is no help to avoid doing what is our inner will especially cause most times the other is hurt for fear of losing something that cannot be lost, the quality of Love.
That fear, on both sides, is a slow but sure poison.

I don't believe effort, I believe flexibility, be water, like Tao says.
Water nourishes and has no shapes, it can take all shapes.
Nourishment is a pleasure, desire is a mean to pleasure, so pleasure and desire are sacred, in them is the essence of the deepest prayer.
The prayer that comes from the entire being in absolute resonance:body, mind, spirit, I, You, Universe, WHOLE LOVE!
Tantra is this ultimately, surrender all your being so that you become Love, and that is at the same time the core of all relatioships, and far beyond any relationship.

...........connection

It is possible to have a deep romantic connection with someone, and be commited, dedicated, loyal, while having freedom to meet other people and share energy and information.
However, I believe when there is a sexual connection with several partners at the same time, I think the emotional fulfilment is not quite the same.
So what I have learnt and is valid for me is, there have to be some healthy boundaries.... so I can be inlove with someone and be in a monogamous dedicated loyal romantic relationship, but I can also share information and energy with other souls, but I don't have the need to connect sexually with other people if I am in a relationship with someone I deeply love.
I just trasmute other connections that may or not have chemistry and attraction to a real of brotherhood and sisterhood.

I think that honours the sacredness of love.

I feel sexuality expresses a universe of feelings, so for me each situation is an unique situation, and life guides the way to what expression it will have. I am confortable with all possibilities as long as love, respect, freedom and consciousness are present. to me that is CARE and that's what I honour in all I do.

To love myself and my man enough to want only his happiness through freely expressing himself as an evolving being through others and the universe, sexually and creatively, while holding a sacred space of love, trust and devotion between us, would be truly LIBERATING.
There is a real sense of inner peace and extended love to others, in the thought of sharing the one you love so deeply in your life with another, rather than fearing loosing them to another.
My heart resonates and my brain is re wirering itself through a tidal wave of enquiry and possibilities shared so beautifully by all.

From my personnal experience, from relationships I've had in the past, and for the beautiful way we are involved and evolving it is liberating, profoundly spiritual, highly demanding in terms of our relation to oneself and then the other.
Still, no other way would be possible for me at the present moment.
Love is not property, and the way we love resonates deeper when we have a child whose values are being built everyday.
For my son, our baby, I wish only to inspire, not to show the way.I hope he will make his own way in trust, surrender, freedom, Love, honesty and respect of himself and others.
Aware of his possibilities and of what he can and cannot give at each moment.
Openness to the spontaneity of life, to it's phases of death, (re)birth, transformation.
This is what I commited myself with as a gift for him. But this can only be done, by offereng this gift first to myself, and from myself and all my loving creative sources to the ones I Love the most, and to the Universal source.
Also present in my heart is the shamanic vision: when you heal and liberate yourself, you're healing and liberating 7 generations of your past family and future family. I feel my healing, and openess to pure Love, surrender and devotion are opening and healing the hearts of my family before me, and even without speaking about it, it is revealed everyday. (For me this is devotion in all senses, how can we speak of love for all beings if we close ourselves to the love of some in order to feel loved by some others?)

A question about sex and love...

"Where do concepts such as monogamy/polyamoury, fidelity/cheating, commitment/non-commitment enter this equation? Where are the boundaries between integrating or rejecting these concepts and those of prudishness or promiscuity? Or am I asking the wrong questions, seeing it from the point of view of duality?"

That it’s an expression and that you may not literally see it this way...
The purpose here is not to create or destroy any moral framework... but only to give an opportunity for deep questioning so that one is in a better position to recognize the forces that influence our thinking, our emotions, our sense of self, our sensuality and our behavior. It is just a ‘considering’ – a contemplation – of the subject that is being shared – with no desire to shape a new conceptual edifice in anyone’s mind...It may be that dissolving some of our pre-conceptions about the body, pleasure, sensuality and sexuality will bring about some insight and liberation – a profound healing... but I wouldn’t want to present any of these considerations as a ‘new theoretical structure’.

There are no ready-made answers or formulas if you want to live in Freedom.

There are limitations that are imposed from outside which we can accept or reject... and there are self-made limitations which we must become conscious of before we are able to make a choice to accept or reject them.

So, it may sound like I am advocating a rejection of values, morals, ethics or social norms… But I am only advocating awareness. It is true however that many of our ‘values’, ‘morals’ and ‘ethics’ are 2nd hand acquisitions which we have no deep or coherent relationship with. The result of these considerations may indeed be ultimately a rejection of what had previously been assumed to be useful or ‘true’, but this is not the purpose as such.

Monogamy/polyamory... It’s an individual choice, isn’t it?
That is, unless we just conform to what our society and peers have predetermined to be ‘appropriate’ and ‘acceptable’ – in which case we forget (or try to forget) that there is a choice.

Monogamy...it may work for some people some of the time, but not for all people all of the time.

It is carried out in our society partly because of old religious custom, and in secular culture now it is maintained often because of social habit and the desire to be considered ‘normal’. Another reason for the popularity of monogamy is that (for many different reasons) people feel insecure about sharing their partners with other people.

Is polyamory compatible with fidelity and commitment?
Well, one way in which polyamory is defined is, “consensual, ethical, or responsible non-monogamy.” Which would imply that it can be compatible with fidelity if the ‘consensual’ aspect is truly respected. In other words, if the partners agree that it’s ok, then having other sexual partners is not, by definition, ‘infidelity’. Infidelity is literally a ‘betrayal of trust’.

Anything that is forbidden will tend to create a kind of perversion.
So as soon as monogamy is the ‘rule’ there will probably be great difficulty in maintaining it without at least some internal tension – a conflict of ‘interests’.

In relation to commitment or non-commitment...
a question that could be considered is, ‘commitment’ and ‘fidelity’ to who or what?

To me it makes sense for both (or however many there are) partners to have a total commitment to living life in a healthy, joyful, integrated way – honouring and integrating the many facets of their being, including their intuition, their physical rhythms, their desire to express and receive sexual and loving intimacy, or to be celibate, and being open and true to their greatest vision of who they are. With this self-respect and self-love and sensitivity to their ever-shifting needs as a dynamic (not dogmatic) basis, fruitful relationships full of compassion and respect for other beings will inevitably result.

However, when commitment and fidelity to the other person are given priority without this basis in wholeness and self-acceptance, then conflicts and little lies creep in – beginning with us hiding from or lying to ourselves about what we desire and why we desire it.

As soon as certain feelings and thoughts are ‘not allowed’ or are defined as ‘bad’, there is a conflict that starts to play out one way or another – sometimes only manifesting as a subtle but constant self-doubt – a conditional self-acceptance, a conditional self-love, a feeling of ‘unwholesomeness’ and disquiet.

Without trust it is very difficult for a profound relationship to develop.
This is one of the reasons why commitment to a partner can be important. Most of us develop trust slowly – gradually loosening our emotional armoring in order to become open and able to transcend our egoic self-knots, to be able to truly relate and commune with another being and with Life Itself.

When there is only promiscuity and no commitment to a stable relationship (whether it be monogamous or polyamorous) then there will tend to be only shallow relationships which may reflect an unwillingness to acknowledge one’s dark inner life of conditioned patterns.

In a deep and fulfilling relationship (which usually also brings many challenges), circumstances frequently mirror hidden aspects of our psyche to us providing great insights into our conditioning – which is extremely useful if we wish to express liberation.

Committed relationships are therefore sometimes recommended by spiritual teachers to help to bring about self-knowledge and compassion more quickly. After all, it is rare to be able to meet people and feel immediately a deep sense of trust and to be able to commune with them profoundly... but it can happen.

Magical Wild Spirited Journey

~Take what is meant for you, what Touches you in the core of your heart. What lifts you up and resonates deep within.

There are so many ways of expression of ourselves, words, art, dance... There will always be kinds of expression that when we connect with it, it brings -negative- emotions to the surface.. and we have the urge to deffend ourselfves and get to the other. When we expierience negative emotions by anything, this means there is an inside Job to take care of. To get true to ourselves and ask ourselves what it is why it gets to us and stop pointing our beautiful fingers at someone or something else.. True selfsearch does this. It brings us back to our own responsibility for how we feel and how we receive. Once we see this we are able to transform into Love and Return to our Pure State of Being.

This is exactly why one person can receive a particular message as a Wonderful Gift and maybe work with it, and the other gets sad or maybe defensive. Everything is good since we are all on the same road and on our way to rediscover the highest possible expression of our Divine State of Being.

We wish for all of you the most Magical Wild Spirited Journey that we can imagine...

Be free, stay Wild!

O poder do desejo

Somos sempre trágicos no amor) ”.

Percorri a psicopatologia toda.

“Sim. Excesso. Lê a Teoria do Corpo Amoroso do filósofo Michel Onfray.”

Li.

Algumas frases retiradas do livro:

The Black Mamba - It ain't you

The Black Mamba é o nome do trio formado por Pedro Tatanka (voz e guitarra), Ciro Cruz (baixista) e Miguel Casais (baterista).
"It ain´t you" é o single de apresentação.

Carta aos Efésios, atribuída a São Paulo. Diz assim:

Até me dá volta à tripa...

EU SOU MULHER EU SOU VIDA

-"Ela ensinou-me a palavra do saber".

A primeira, "YOD", significa "eu", as três significam "vida" e "mulher". O nome de Jeová é portanto feminino e significa:
"EU SOU MULHER, EU SOU VIDA".

É a classe média!
