Tomorrow / Bokra Official Video



Legendary Music Producer, Quincy Jones has collaborated with Emirati social entrepreneur Badr Jafar, to jointly Executive Produce the Arabic charity single entitled 'TOMORROW / BOKRA'. The song involves 24 leading Arab Artists from 16 nations across the Middle East and North Africa singing with one voice for a better tomorrow. Grammy-nominated international superstar Akon has also lent his vocals to the track, and Shakira, who is of Lebanese descent, has recorded a special introduction to the music video.

Quincy Jones' original Grammy-winning version of the song 'Tomorrow (A Better You, A Better Me)' has now been re-adapted and produced by Quincy Jones and Grammy Award-winning Moroccan producer- RedOne, with Arabic lyrics written by Majida El Roumi and musical adaptation by Kadim Al Sahir. The music video and documentary film have been directed and produced by Malek Akkad (son of Moustapha Akkad, Director of 'The Message').

Associate Producers include Mawazine, Rabat; The Doha Film Institute; & the Qatar Museum Authority.

All funds raised as part of the single's global distribution will be collected by the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture in support of the United Nations World Food Program, Dubai Culture & Arts Authority and the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation among others, to finance educational programs in music, arts and culture for children from across the Arab world.

Sabia que a dança melhora a sua sexualidade?
Sim, a dança estimula o corpo, desperta os sentidos, aumenta os níveis de prazer libertando serotoninas, endorfinas e ocitocinas, hormonas responsáveis pelo nosso estado prazeroso e de felicidade.
A dança cria ritmo no corpo puxando a nossa energia da terra.
Se for uma dança mais tribal, que mexa mais o corpo vai puxar a nossa energia da Kundalini, criando um fluxo de energia muito intenso que nos vai abrir todo campo sensorial.
Se durante a dança usarmos movimentos da bacia e contracção dos músculos do períneo vamos tomar mais consciência de toda nossa musculatura interna e de toda o nosso potencial energético e sexual.
Dancem sempre e tomem consciência do corpo e do que vos dá a sentir.
E lembrem-se para nos conectarmos com o nosso ser consciente precisamos de sentir e viver o corpo.

أنور ابراهم هو موسيقي الجاز العربية وعازف عود تونسي معروف ولد في 20 أكتوبر عام 1957 في حي "الحلفاوين". في سن العاشرة التحق بالمعهد التونسي للموسيقى حيث تعلم العود على يد علي صريتي وبدأ يعزف في الفرق الموسيقية في سن الخامسة عشرة.

Anouar Brahem (أنور ابراهم), né le 20 octobre 1957 à Tunis, est un oudiste et compositeur tunisien. Il a fortement modifié le rôle traditionnel de l'oud, en le modernisant et en le confrontant aux musiques occidentales, en particulier le jazz. Il est considéré comme un musicien moderne, tout en ayant une profonde connaissance de la musique arabe traditionnelle

Anouar Brahem (in Arabic أنور براهيم) (born on October 20, 1957) is a tunisian oud player and composer. He is widely acclaimed as an innovator in his field. Performing primarily for a jazz audience, he fuses Arab classical music, folk music and jazz and has been recording since at least 1991, after becoming prominent in his own country in the late 1980s.
